Next I know, menu was given and a long list of ingredients was posted. Hmm, these ingredients were costly! Like, common minimum wage earner like me wee die from purchasing all these products. But I was determined, even though I knew in my mind I was only going to buy some. I sha started the exercises. Plenty pictures of exercise poses and meals which mostly consisted of smoothies, vegetables, chicken salad and green teas later...one day I almost fainted o. A good friend advised that I try portion control which basically involved my normal Nigerian meals but in quantities smaller than the usual, increased protein and fruits intake. I could do that... I did that. Plus the exercises, I started seeing results. There weren't big results but I noticed. Chicken salad became my best meal o, but where to find...
